Teppanyaki History

Although the exact origins of the Teppanyaki cusine are hard to pin point, one thing we are sure of is that we will fill up your stomach and bring joy and a unique dining experience together.

A few of decades ago, a group of young chefs introduced the concept of Teppanyaki cuisine to Melbourne, exploring the culinary field of Japanese cuisine and advancing their skills wherever possible. Decades later, these chefs reunited in Burwood and decided to start their FURUKU-TE, ATARSHII (old and new) concept of Teppanyaki.
